Cryo Pur signs its first commercial contract in Northern Ireland

Cryo Pur signs its first commercial contract with Greenville Energy Limited for the delivery of a bio-LNG production unit in Northern Ireland. The unit, to be installed at an agricultural biogas production site, has a capacity of 300 Nm3/h raw biogas and will be operational in 2017.
The Greenville project is the first commercial unit in the world for small-scale production of liquefied biomethane from biogas: 3 tons bio-LNG per day i.e. 10 GWh per year of storable and transportable renewable energy.
